Terms of Service

1. Who runs the service

Podcast Resolve (https://podcastresolve.com) is operated by RAW Future s.r.o., company number [TO FILL IN], registered office [TO FILL IN] ("we"). By using the service you agree to these terms.

2. What the service does

Podcast Resolve finds daily topics for your show and prepares a brief for each: text, a fact-check and links to sources. It does this automatically, usually in the morning.

What it does not and will not do: it publishes nothing anywhere. The agent only fills your dashboard. What happens to a prepared topic is your decision.

3. Accounts

  • Sign-up requires our approval. An account starts as "pending" and cannot be used until it is approved.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for what happens under your account.
  • You must be at least 18, or acting for a legal entity.
  • Do not share an account outside your team. Use invitations and roles instead.

4. Your content

Content you put into the service stays yours. You grant us only the licence needed to run the service: to store it, show it back to you, process it with a model and back it up.

We do nothing else with it. We do not train models on it and do not use it for promotion without your consent.

5. What you are responsible for

You must not use the service to:

  • infringe anyone's rights, including copyright,
  • create unlawful, deceptive or harmful content,
  • circumvent technical measures, probe third-party systems or run load attacks,
  • scrape the service beyond ordinary use.

6. ⚠️ You must verify AI output

This is the most important clause here.

Briefs are produced by a language model. A model can be wrong and can invent both a connection and a source. We do what we can for accuracy — sources are taken only from actual search results, links are checked after generation, and a link that leads nowhere is discarded — but we cannot guarantee correctness.

The factcheck field on every topic states what is documented and what is merely claimed. Read it.

Verify before you broadcast or publish anything. What you say on your show is your responsibility. We are not liable for loss caused by using output without checking it.

7. Availability

We try to keep the service running, but we do not guarantee availability. We may take it down for maintenance. A daily research run may occasionally fail because of a model provider outage; the job then retries automatically.

Plans and any availability commitments will be published before paid plans start.

8. Money

The service is in early operation. We will publish pricing, plans and quotas before we charge anything, and tell you in advance. Until then you are charged nothing.

When paid plans launch, payments will be handled by Paddle as merchant of record, and Paddle's terms will apply to the payment itself.

9. Termination

You may close your account at any time; we delete data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or endangers the service. Where possible we will contact you first.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profit, lost data or indirect loss. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months — and, if that is nothing, to [TO FILL IN].

This limit does not apply to loss caused intentionally or by gross negligence, nor to personal injury.

11. Governing law

Czech law governs. Czech courts have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you keep the rights your home country's law gives you.

12. Changes

We may change these terms. We will give at least 30 days' notice of a material change; if you disagree, you may close your account.
